About Sizing Factory

As a factory preparing warp yarn which is the pre-process of fabric weaving, we supply warp beam to weaving factories mainly in the Hokuriku production area.
One of the main features is beam supply using yarn in our possession, and are able to offer a variety of yarn from fine count to low count yarn, as well as small lot volumes.
We also have experiences in Nylon covered yarn, hollow yarn, Taslan yarn, and more.
From fine yarn to thicker yarn, we can help with preparing warp yarn for a wide variety of applications including sports wear, clothing, and interior items.

We always have various yarns available in stock and can deliver beams in your requested number of rolls, ranging from trials to mass production.
We also have drawing machines . High-density reed is also available, and we can meet various preparation needs.

Sizing in fabric weaving refers to the process in which sizing agent is applied to warp yarn. Depending on the type of fiber, warp yarn starts to fluff and cut due to friction caused by repeated up and down movements. To prevent such damage, this process applies sizing agent to warp yarn.

Main processes

5 warping machines

This process is to wind yarn in bobbin or cheese arranged on creels, onto a beam by applying equal tension, according to the number, length, density, width, required as warp yarn following fabric construction sheet.
3 sizing machines

This process applies sizing agent, dry and winds the yarn prepared in the previous warping process.
By covering the yarn with sizing agent, it prevents from breaking and fluffing during high-speed weaving.
3 beaming machines

This process is to arrange sizing yarn prepared in the previous process as well as non-sizing yarn to wind to the beam for weaving machine, following the fabric construction sheet.
5,000 to 15,000 strings of yarn are lined up.
Leasing, Drawing

Following the construction sheet, warp yarn is inserted in the order of dropper, heald, and reed. This is the final preparation process for setting up the beam for weaving machine. With this process, it is possible to change the weaving design (pattern) .
